Teh Team Bug is it fixed?

btw i got a team bug... whenever i tried to inv ppls to guild it must be myself on the team online to be able to invite .
example
A made a guild
B joined A's guild
then C wanna join too
then A added C after then when they talk with Guild chat C cant see it
after B logged out A reinvited C
then C is on the guild
lol i think its fixed
